Welcome to The Practical Dog - "Good Dog" Training - Founded 1983
Our focus is on companion dogs and their people, building better relationships through understanding, knowledge and communication while teaching desired behaviors, proper social skills and trade skills. I offer real training for the real world with the belief that a well rounded dog can go anywhere and do most anything.
I also work with owners of competition hopefuls and current competitors in refining the skills needed to truly shine in competition, demonstrating not just compliance to commands, but a genuine team relationship by dispelling competition myths and refining the team.

Training hours and office hours do not coincide. We are in the office on a limited basis. Requested calls will be returned between the hours of 8AM and 5PM.
